Shipping & Returns
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we do not offer express shipping (express, particularly same and next day, is more carbon-intensive than regular delivery).
Your order will be sent via standard mail and then picked up by your country's preferred courier and can vary in delivery times dependent of the country.
Zizo is under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed shipment or wrong shipping address. Should your parcel get sent back to us due to this you will have to pay a new shipping fee for it to be sent back to you.
In line with our zero waste policy, we do not carry large volumes of stock, and operate on a made to order basis. Usually the turn around is pretty quick, however, please allow 2- 4 weeks for processing before your order to be shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping times are just a guide and not guaranteed, once shipped out it is up to the post office in each area to deliver your order, and in what speed they do so Zizo has no control over.
Within 14 days of receiving the product and you feel that there’s a fault in the product you have the right to return the product to us for a replacement, repair or refund.
